        <description>Canon DeptID Overview

The Social Sciences Canon copiers are set up to use Department IDs (DeptID) for printing, copying, and scanning. We do not use the Users function. Each copier is managed separately by its respective department. If someone wants to print, copy, or scan from multiple copiers, they will have to contact each department for a DeptID. Similarly, each department should keep track of the identity behind each DeptID.</description>
