All mailing lists managed by this application are automatically updated once per day before 8am. If any information is changed, a manual update can be run using the Update Lists link. Updating lists will check all members against the campus LDAP. It may take up to 30 seconds to check all members, so please be patient when manually updating lists.

Selecting this option will update all mailing lists managed by this application, including faculty and staff, gradstudents, and ugrad mailing lists.

If a Faculty or Staff member is added to any list, or if their email or building has changed, the faculty and staff lists should be updated. If the lists are not manually updated, any changes will be applied the next morning when the automatic update occurs.

If any grad student is added or removed from the Override List, or any Faculty or Staff member is added or removed from the 'gradstudents' or a 'gradstudents-<department>' list, the grad student lists should be manually updated. As above, if the grad student lists are not manually updated, any changes will be applied the next morning when the automatic update occurs.

If any Faculty or Staff member is added or removed from any 'ugrad' lists, the ugrad lists should be manually updated. As above, if the ugrad lists are not manually updated, any changes will be applied the next morning when the automatic update occurs.
