Student IDs are checked against registrar data and local data. If a Student ID is already overridden or has been manually excluded, it will not be available to add to the override list.

1. Enter a valid list Student IDs separated by commas or new lines
2. Click the 'Add Gradstudents' button
3. The list of Student IDs will be checked against registrar data
4. Select Students you wish to add and click the 'Add Selected' button, or click the 'Add All' button to add everyone

To remove a person from the Exclude list, follow the instructions below:

1. Check the box in the 'Delete?' column for their UCInetID and name
2. Click the 'Delete Selected' button
3. Click the 'Confirm' button to confirm removal from the Exclude list
