Edit Non-Student Members
Summary
The left most column on the main Non-Student Member Pool page contains a link to edit individual members. The edit page shows local data, some of which is editable, and campus data. Color codes are used to designate where local data does not match campus data, or where campus data is missing.
A manual update may be run after changing mailing list membership or email address. Since updates take some time, it is suggested to complete multiple edits before running any updates. An alternate option is to forego a manual update and wait until the automatic update the next morning, if the changes are not urgent.
Edit Details
The following details may be modified for each member:
- Address - a Social Sciences Building and Room number
- Email - the email to use in lists for this member
- First, Middle, and Last Name
- Title
Department, Employee Class, and HR Status will be updated to match campus data when any of the above details are changed.
Mailing List Membership
Non-Student, Grad Student, and Undergrad mailing list membership can be changed by checking the appropriate boxes.
Membership to the Social Sciences Buildings lists is determined by the building in the Address details.
Delete Person
If a person is deleted from the non-student member pool they will be removed from all lists where they are a member.
