Add Non-Student Members
Summary
New non-student members are added to the Member Pool by UCInetID. Multiple UCInetIDs may be added at the same time. UCInetIDs can also be entered as an email address in the form of UCInetID@uci.edu. UCInetIDs will be verified and checked if they belong to a current UCI employee before adding. Students should not be added to the non-student Member pool.
Add Members
Follow the steps below to add new non-students to the Member Pool:
- Enter a list of UCInetIDs separated by commas or new lines
- Verify the Name to make sure the correct people are being added
- Either check boxes and add the selected UCInetIDs, or click the 'Add All' button
This will add people to the Member Pool. Next the edit non-student list member feature can be used to add each new member to the desired mailing lists. It is also good to check the building and room number at this time, to make sure they will have the correct information for the building directory.
