The ICS Key Management System is a web application for tracking and issuing physical keys to students, staff, and faculty. This application is used by several schools on campus; The Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Science, The Henry Samueli School of Engineering, The Claire Trevor School of the Arts, and The School of Social Sciences.

Documentation is broken into two parts:

User Documentation - for Faculty, Staff, and Students. This section deals with requesting keys, or finding a lost key.

Administrator Documentation - for Administrators. This section deals with updating and maintaining the database, issuing and returning keys, and other administrative tasks.
