When first loading the ICS Key Management Website administrators will be taken to a log in screen. Once logged the home page will be displayed. The home page has several menu options available. It also shows currently Approved Requests and Pending Requests.

The Key Management system cam be used to perform several tasks:

• Request a key (or keys) - same as a standard user
• Identify a lost key - same as a standard user
• Manage Open Key Requests
• Process a returned key (or keys)
• Process deposits or withdraws
• Manage key inventory
• Search for a specific key or person
• Edit Application Configuration - contact info, key policy, etc…
• Manage Administrator users
