Xerox Printing - From a Windows 7 Laptop
Please make sure you have contacted Craig Stone to get a print/copy code. You will need to enter that the first time you print.
1. If you are on the "UCInet Mobile Access" wireless network, you must use the VPN software before attempting to connect the printer
2. Download and install the print driver software
- Double-click on the downloaded file, and click 'Run' to begin installation
3. Click on 'Advanced Search...'
4. Enter your Xerox's IP address

- Click the second radio button, then type the IP address from the list above.
- Click Search
5. Select the discovered printer from the list
- Select the printer and click Next
6. Use the default print driver selection and click Install
7. Installation takes a couple of minutes
8. Uncheck the default checkboxes and click Finish
9. Product Registration pops up. Click on Close, then 'Exit Registration'
