Please make sure you have contacted Craig Stone to get a print/copy code. You will need to enter your code during the setup below.
Setup involves two steps, detailed below

- Configure the printer with your copy code
Note that if you are on the "UCInet Mobile Access" wireless network, you must use the VPN software before attempting to connect to the printer.
Step 1. Download and run the Xerox Print Driver installer
Download
Run the installer
- Open the xeroxprintdriver DMG file, which may be in your Downloads folder or on your Desktop
- Run the “Xerox Print Driver 3.41.0_1422.pkg” installation file
- Click 'Continue'
Click continue through the License agreement and Destination Selection parts, then click on 'Install'
- At this point, the installer will attempt to scan the network for printers.

- Uncheck the 'Print Test Page' and 'Set Printer as Default'1) check boxes.
- Then click 'Continue'
- If you get here, installation was successful! Click 'Close' and move on to Step 2 Configuring the printer with your copy code
Step 2. Configure the printer with your copy code
In this final step you will be configuring the printer settings to retain your copy code. This way you will not be asked to enter the copy code for every print job.
To begin, Open MS Word to use as a test document
- Create a new document and add some text like “test print to xerox”
- Bring up the print dialog by clicking File → Print
- Select the Xerox printer. This example shows “SSCS Printer” but the printer you just added will have a different name.
- Click on 'Copies & Pages' for a drop-down menu. Then select 'Xerox Features'
- With 'Xerox Features' selected, click on the 'Paper/Output' drop-down menu and select 'Advanced'
- Click on 'Accounting'
