Download and install the VPN Client

You have two options to install print driver: thru the print server (easier) and manually

1. Open the Run menu (Search the Start menu for Run or press on keyboard Windows-R)
2. Type into the Run field “\\128.195.133.209” sans quotes
3. Double click on the Copier you want to print to
4. Enter Copy Code into print driver (see below)

2. At the Printer Setup screen, choose Custom

4. At the Printer Information screen, choose Add Port…
5. 
6. Then select Standard TCP/IP Port
7. 
8. A pop up for port setup will come up, type in the Canon copier's IP address. Check here for the IP address of the copier you want to print to.
9. Back on Printer Information, choose a meaningful name for the copier e.g. Canon Copier CogSci SBSG 2545.
10. Complete setup and enter copy code (see below)

1. Open Settings → Printers & scanners, find the copier you just added, click on it and choose Manage

5. Go to the Device Settings tab
6. Make sure that Department ID Management is selected and the box is checked for Set User Information
7. Click on the Settings button next to Set User Information

9. In the User Name field, type in your copy code
