Exclude UCInetIDs

The Exclude feature allows a Person to be excluded from all lists managed by this application. Administrative users with the Admin access level are able to manage the list of excluded UCInetIDs. If you do not have access to manage the exclude list, and you would like to ensure a person is excluded from all mailing lists managed by this applications, please contact Social Sciences Computing Services.

Any person with a valid UCInetID can be added to the Exclude list. The steps to add a UCInetID are described here:

1. Enter a valid UCInetID
2. Click the 'Lookup UCInetID' button
3. If the UCInetID is valid, and the first and last names are correct, click the confirm button.

To remove a person from the Exclude list, follow the instructions below:

1. Check the box in the 'Delete?' column for their UCInetID and name
2. Click the 'Delete Selected' button
3. Click the 'Confirm' button to confirm removal from the Exclude list
