How To Print to a Copier

Our school primarily uses Canon copiers. Responsibility for the Canon devices is as follows:

• Each department manages the print/copy codes for their Canon
• SocIT can help with adding the Canon as a printer to School owned laptop/desktop computers, or with network connectivity issues to the copier
• Canon Support handles everything else - toner replacement, printing/scanning/copying not working, any error/warning messages, etc.

2. follow instructions below specific to your needs to add the Canon printer
