====== Exclude UCInetIDs ======

===== Summary =====
The Exclude feature allows a Person to be excluded from all lists managed by this application. [[people:users|Administrative users]] with the **Admin** access level are able to manage the list of excluded UCInetIDs. If you do not have access to manage the exclude list, and you would like to ensure a person is excluded from all mailing lists managed by this applications, please contact Social Sciences Computing Services.

===== Add UCInetID to Exclude List =====
Any person with a valid UCInetID can be added to the Exclude list. The steps to add a UCInetID are described here:
  - Enter a valid UCInetID
  - Click the 'Lookup UCInetID' button
  - If the UCInetID is valid, and the first and last names are correct, click the confirm button.  

===== Delete Selected =====
To remove a person from the Exclude list, follow the instructions below:
  - Check the box in the 'Delete?' column for their UCInetID and name
  - Click the 'Delete Selected' button
  - Click the 'Confirm' button to confirm removal from the Exclude list
