====== Printing to Canon Copier from Windows PC on the SS2K Domain ======
===== Install Print Driver =====

       - Open the Run menu (Search the Start menu for Run or press on keyboard Windows-R)
       - Type into the Run field "\\printers" sans quotes
       - Double click on the Copier you want to print to
       - Enter Copy Code into print driver (see below)


===== Enter Copy Code =====
  - Open Settings -> Printers & scanners, find the copier you just added, click on it and choose Manage

  - Click on Printer properties

  - Go to the Device Settings tab
  - Make sure that Department ID Management is selected and the box is checked for Set User Information
  - Click on the Settings button next to Set User Information

  - In the User Name field, type in your copy code
